Brothas Inc. didn't start in a boardroom.
It started at a Buffalo Wild Wings in Bond Hill.
A group of men — most of us who grew up together in the same neighborhood, ran the same streets, and came up the same hard way — started gathering every week. What began as friends catching up over wings became something none of us expected: a movement.
We know these streets because we lived them. Among us are former drug dealers, men who have been shot, men who have served time in prison, and fathers who have buried children lost to gun violence. We are not strangers to the pain this city carries. We carried it ourselves.
But we made it through. And when you make it through, you have a choice — walk away or reach back. We chose to reach back.
Today, Brothas Inc. is a collective of men and women — all shaped by real life experiences, all united by the same mission: to mentor, teach, consult, and guide Cincinnati's youth. To give them safe, constructive options to violence and the streets. To show them what's possible by showing them who we became.
